This site runs on our own server. There are no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and no session replay.

A Stake username, a password hash (argon2id — the password itself is never stored or recoverable), a creation timestamp, and a last-seen timestamp. That is the complete required set.
An email address is optional and is used for one thing: sending The Howl. Removing it from your account removes you from the list.
The bet ID you submit, the game, the bet amount, the multiplier, and which event you entered it into. Approved entries are shown publicly with your Stake username, because a verified wall that hides who verified it is worth nothing.
Rejected entries are visible only to you and to the studio, with the review note explaining why.
One cookie, named ih_session. It is httpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and holds a signed token identifying your account. It is set when you sign in and deleted when you sign out.
There are no tracking cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Nobody. Data is not sold, rented, shared with operators, or exported to any third-party processor. Email is sent from our own infrastructure.
The only exception is a lawful order we are legally required to comply with.
Write to hello@ironhowl.studio from the address on your account, or with your Stake username, and we will delete the account and everything attached to it within seven days.
Approved entries already published on the Hall of Fame are anonymised rather than removed, so historical records stay accurate. Say so in your message if you would rather they were deleted outright.
